"Ok, I was with Trexis paying a lower rate and this office contacts me about coming back over. They gave me a total cost and I paid in full for six months. Then, they come back at me saying that I have to sign up with their safe driver program or pay pay the penalty. That back door cost was never mentioned in the initial talks of me coming back over. I have tried to speak with them about not paying something that was never mentioned to no avail. I stay on a tour bus in the music industry, so I have very limited personal driving anyways! I will be contacting our Tennessee Comsumer Affairs Department and filing a formal complaint"
